Sales Operations Assistant (80% remote)

📍 Location: Hybrid (remote + ocassionally office at Anděl, Prague 5)

📄 Contract type: DPČ / Employment Contract

⏱️ Workload: approx. 60–80 hours per month

📅 Start date: Immediately / upon agreement

We are looking for a highly effective, proactive, and reliable Sales Support professional with a sales drive who can support our fast-expanding international operations. This role is ideal for university students or parents on parental leave who already have experience in administration, customer service, or sales operations and are seeking a flexible, partially remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing quotations and sales documentation
• Communicating with clients and partners via email and phone
• Maintaining and organising files, materials, and records
• Conducting follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
• Researching and qualifying new leads to support the sales pipeline
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Preparing materials for internal reporting and sales overviews
• Coordinating with Marketing, Production, and Logistics where needed
• Representing the company at trade shows and assisting with customer interactions
• Performing additional administrative and sales-related tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in administration, customer service, or sales
• Motivation to grow in a sales-oriented role
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Italian is an advantage, Czech language is not required
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Workspace; AI and CRM tools are a plus)
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
• At least secondary school education with A-levels (maturita)
